柔佛,一直听说有很多美食。之前去探望姐姐的时候,其中一天他们就带过我到这间《慷美峰炭火烧腊鸡饭小厨》吃晚餐。这里其实是主打烧腊,但当然也有其他菜肴选择,所以除了烧腊,我们还点了一些小菜送饭。。。
因为怕热气,我们都点了《Bali Ice。薏米水 》,RM1.50一杯,去热消暑。。。也比汽水更更更健康咯^.^来到烧腊店,主角肯定少不了。。。《拼盘。Mixed Roasted》,medium size的RM20.00。拼盘里有烧鸡,叉烧和烧肉三种,蛮不错吃的,鸡肉嫩滑多汁,叉烧很香,尤其那烤得黑黑的部分我最喜欢了,而烧肉的皮也烤得很香脆,咬起来还有声呢!重点是整碟拼盘不会太油腻,不错!
再来有《招牌黄金豆腐。Golden Bean Curd》,小份的RM6.00。豆腐炸得金黄香脆,淋上他们的酸辣酱,再撒上酸酸辣辣的腌制黄瓜和花生碎,很开胃,豆腐外酥内软,炸到刚刚好~
接着有《三丝蛋。Fu Yong Egg》,RM6.00一份。煎鸡蛋包裹着热狗“条”,我觉得热狗有点多余,因为一条条吃不太出,也没什么特别味道。。。个人觉得单单鸡蛋就更好了,呵呵。。。
最后,《咸鱼芽菜。Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish》,RM6.00一份(小)。芽菜不错吃,很新鲜很爽口,炒得有点锅气,还有不少咸鱼碎,咸鱼不会太咸,但就喜欢那种吃着吃着突然吃到香香的咸鱼,赞!
三个人,简单解决了晚餐。这餐overall不错吃,共RM46.50。没有额外service tax或gov tax。白饭RM1.00(小),RM1.50(大)。

Everything looks so good. I went to a new chicken rice place in town - blog on that coming up real soon, after all my Kuching posts. When are you coming to Sibu? We had nice chicken rice places here too... Hehehehehe!!!!
